Established in 2009, by its current senior management team, Triforce set out to raise standards within the Security industry for both customers and staff.

We have quickly established a reputation for high standards together with excellent value.

Operating across the country, Triforce deliver security services to a wide range of clients including major infrastructure providers as well as some of the country’s leading leisure venues and major event organisers.

Triforce operate from offices in Farnborough, Hampshire, which provide us with the ability to provide excellent training facilities. Training is at the heart of the business and Triforce offer a wide range of programs, both bespoke and nationally recognised, including Door Supervision, Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and Customer Service.

Steven Douglas, Managing Director

Responsible for Operational Management, Training and Special Projects

Steven had a successful career in the military and left to pursue an independent career in the private security industry. His experiences range from managing roles in large national events companies, to senior positions in international businesses where responsibilities included close protection operations, security surveys and training and development. Steven has been recognised within the private security industry for outstanding work on many occasions, most notably for designing a unique security training programme and for being part of the 'guarding company of the year' two years running.

Steven believes standards start at the top and is fully committed to ensure all staff who work under the Triforce name, are equipped to perform their role on all occasions and is determined to strive for continued development of skill and ability in all his team. Steven holds an SIA close protection licence as well as many security related qualifications and also has achieved a Level 5 Certificate in Post Compulsory Education and Training. This enables Triforce to deliver a range of nationally recognised and bespoke training programmes for internal and external delivery.
