Pre engagement

As experts in our field, we begin by developing a customer profile with you, in order for us to provide the kind of staff that best represent your brand and values. We carry out a pre-engagement visit which is designed to allow us to view your operation and get a hands-on feel for your business. We then work with you to develop a service level agreement which provides the benchmark for all our staff to work to.

We assign a fixed relationship manager to personally oversee your account who will take ownership for the quality assurance of the service we provide.

The Basics

We believe it is important to exceed your expectations, however this starts by getting the basics right. Each member of our team have the appropriate uniform; impeccable personal appearance; a good attitude; excellent timekeeping; are skilled and capable and also interested in their work and environment.

Our Promise

We have a robust recruitment process in place and select our candidates from proven sources of high quality staff. As well as the basics, we ensure all our waiting staff can:

  • Carry at least two plates of food
  • Clear a table of plates
  • Hold trays of drinks or food competently
  • Open bottles of wine with a corkscrew
  • Serve food to a table from the left
  • Clear plates from a table
  • Serve drinks to a table from the right
  • Push/pull trolleys
  • Polish cutlery, crockery and glassware
  • Waiting Staff

Triforce also:

  • Provide induction and orientation programs to our team members prior to them attending your venue which are developed by us for you, to ensure they arrive on site briefed and aware of the event they are working and fully understand what is important to you.
  • Are able to supply you with hospitality staff with 48 hours notice.
  • Always deliver a service that fits your budget.
